Thermoplastic Automatic Road Marking Machine

This machine is specially design by Mr. Visvam Ananthan Pillay, keeping in mind the road conditions of the India and other countries. It is designed on the basis of regular research and based on his experience in road marking machines. The machine comes with 200 kg air jacketed thermoplastic tank capacity with hydraulic agitator for easy and fast mixing at variable speed and bidirectional rotation system. This machine is capable to mark upto 2km per hour and free moving speed is upto 5 km/h. The machine is fully automatic right from it’s self drive system through hydro static to power steering, automatic operations of screed shoes and spray type glass beads system. This machine is suitable for highway marking projects and can be operated for long duration without any break down.
